Terms and Conditions - Automation & Engagement Accelerator 2026
These terms and conditions govern the Fone Dynamics Automation & Engagement Accelerator 2026 (“the promotion”).
Terms and Conditions
- To qualify for the promotion, customers must opt in between 1 February 2026 and 30 April 2026, upon which the implementation date begins immediately thereafter.
- Eligible customers will receive free for 6-months, access to our Fone Dynamics Integration suite subscription powered by Workato, with 150,000 Workato tasks and 5,000 SMS segments per month free from the date of implementation.
- After the 6-month free period concludes, standard pricing, in accordance with the applicable price list / order form, will automatically apply unless discontinued with 30-days written notice.
- The offer includes 2 hours of professional services for activation, configuration, consultation and recipe build. Additional hours are billable at standard rates. The services are provided remotely during standard business hours.
- Unused SMS segments do not roll over month to month.
- Fair usage applies. Fone Dynamics reserves the right to review platform and SMS usage to ensure it aligns with standard commercial operations and is not used to circumvent billing structures.
- If the customer terminates the Master Services Agreement (or the relevant services) during the promotion period, the promotional benefit ends on the termination effective date and standard commercial charges may apply retrospectively at Fone Dynamics’ discretion.
- Fone Dynamics may withdraw or modify the promotion without notice; however, any customer who has already opted in during the period will retain access for the full 6-month entitlement period.
- The Workato component is provided “powered by Workato” and may be subject to third-party terms and platform constraints.
- Fone Dynamics may confirm eligibility and acceptance for the promotion.
